VENICE ORIENTAL DANCE CONVENTION is not liable for any damage, theft or loss of personal items that occur during the convention. VENICE ORIENTAL DANCE CONVENTION will provide the best service and security measures.

VENICE ORIENTAL DANCE CONVENTION present some of the best teachers and artists in the world, but we decline any responsibility over the behavior, the nature and quality of the work they are presenting.

We decline responsibility for any cancellation of the artist or the teacher for reasons not dependent on us. We reserve the right to cancel the invitation of an artist or a teacher if we believe it is in interests of the VENICE ORIENTAL DANCE CONVENTION.

The VENICE ORIENTAL DANCE CONVENTION reserves changes to programs if necessary for the event.

VENICE ORIENTAL DANCE CONVENTION reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

By participating in the VENICE ORIENTAL DANCE CONVENTION you give the rights to use your image on all types of promotional material audio, video and photos, without any conditions or limitations, while respecting the right of the person.

Cancellation

Purchases of packages online seminars, competition, shows, gala dinner are considered a binding contract that can not be freely canceled. Please, find below the terms and procedures to follow if you want to cancel your participation.

Cancellations within 7 days from the purchase allows each customer to cancel the purchase on-line within 7 working days. If you want the value of these rights, please, see our information below. Any request for cancellation must be transferred through our site to our e-mail. In a case of cancellation will apply the following conditions:

Before 15 January 2010: the administrative costs of 10% will be deducted for cancellation. Between January 16 and February 15, 2010 the administrative costs of 50% will be deducted for cancellation. From March 1, 2010, all claims will be denied. In case of cancellation, will be required to provide your bank account to be repaid. Any refund will be made within 20 working days from the date of reception of all necessary information and documentation.
