It is rooted in ancient ritual dances that celebrated the cult of female Goddess.

From various historical research is impossible to separate the history of Oriental dance from ancient Spanish dances, Persian, Indian dances and especially Gypsies, who contributed to the cultural movement and transmission of this dance.

The world of Oriental dance is fascinating and mysterious.

The first Gypsy tribes migrated to the West, India and Afghanistan through Persia. Some groups went to Turkey and also in Europe, others went to Egypt, especially in north Africa, thus reaching Spain in a region called Andalusia.
